MT Focus 400 Screwdriver System
Introducing the new MT Focus 400 screw driver system, designed with user friendliness in mind, it’s intuitive – just press a few buttons on the controller to set torque and speed, and the system is ready for use.
The system can be used for any tightening application in the electronics industry.
Easy to use and setup with Auto-set enables you to set the correct torque and speed for your joint. Batch size can also be programmed directly on the front, for fast and flexible use. The panel can be locked to prevent tampering and opened using a pin code that is only accessible to the administrator.
Lower Cost, Higher Assembly Quality – When it comes to your bottom line, MTF400 system offers cost savings and payback on your investment by reducing scrap rates and increase end-product quality.
Clear Operator Feedback – MTF400 detects and eliminates common assembly problems. It has clear operator feedback and control and can lock on reject to ensure that all ‘Not OK’ tightenings are re-worked.
MTF6000 Controller with QMC tool
MicroTorque QMC screwdrivers is the latest total solution for micro torque fastening. The ultra low torque applications secure your small screw joints from 0.5 Ncm.
With the compact controller , it is the smallest on the market, yet delivers total control over driver performance.

- 64 programs stored in the controller
- USB-Port for fast data transmission
- 3 RS232-C interfaces
- 12 PLC inputs, 8 PLC outputs with photocoupler isolation
- Transducer input – optional
MTF6000 Controller with ABL Tool
MicroTorque ABL is a highly sensitive screw fastening systems with torque and angle control for manual assembly. Since these sensitive instruments start with a torque of 0.5 Ncm, they are especially suited to manufacture small, sensitive assemblies. The torque measurement comes about indirectly by measuring the motor current, and it correlates particularly well with real torque. The angle is measured with an incremental encoder.
